I like systems that work — clearly scoped, well documented, and easy for the next person to extend.
I'm Andi Fathul Mukminin — a fullstack developer and civil servant (ASN) at Otorita IKN, Indonesia's authority for Nusantara, the new capital. I work in the Directorate of Data and Artificial Intelligence, building production systems that real government teams depend on.
My day-to-day is building internal tools, data platforms, and reporting infrastructure for one of the most ambitious public projects in Indonesia — a city being built from scratch. The work demands clear scope, solid architecture, and code that survives beyond the sprint.
Outside work, I build web applications and tools as independent projects — driven by curiosity and the desire to ship things end-to-end. These projects let me explore different problem spaces and keep my skills sharp across the full stack.
The throughline: I like systems that work. Clear scope, solid documentation, and code that someone else (or future-me) can understand and extend.
Open to select freelance projects outside my government work.
Counted from the 50 shipped systems below, not from memory — every number links to the projects it came from.
Let's work together
If you have a project that needs clear thinking and solid execution — I'd like to hear about it.
