I'm a civil servant (ASN) at Otorita IKN, working in the Directorate of Data and Artificial Intelligence — building production systems for Indonesia's new capital, Nusantara. Outside work, I build web applications and tools as independent projects.
What I build
Four kinds of work — each one with systems already running behind it.
Systems for government and institutions
10 platforms running for Indonesia's new-capital authority — permit engines, a legal document portal, attendance for ~2,000 staff. SSO, audit trails and procurement constraints are the normal case here, not the exception.
Dashboards that survive real data
Budget monitoring that pulls Kemenkeu (Indonesia's Ministry of Finance) expenditure on a schedule, construction progress across every IKN project, 75 years of climate records made legible. Scheduled pipelines, not manual exports.
Web applications, shipped end to end
50 built, 43 live. Next.js and TypeScript in front, Django and Postgres behind, tests in half of them — containerised and deployed, not handed over as a repo.
Making complex systems visible
Interactive explanations of things you normally can't see: consensus protocols, diff algorithms, database isolation anomalies, congestion control. For teaching tools, technical documentation and internal training.

Product requirements, in writing
Every project starts with a Product Requirements Document. Not a Figma file, not a Slack thread — a structured document covering who this is for, what it does, and what success looks like.
Technical spec for the build
The PRD becomes a technical specification: stack decisions, architecture, component design, and build sequence — written before a single line of code.
